Fashion and Fascinating 2023 Best Party Planner Contest Official Rules

• Eligibility
  • This contest is open to all customers of Fashion and Fascinating.
  • Entrants must have purchased at least one item from Fashion and Fascinating.
• How to Enter
  • Participants must post a couple of pictures showcasing how they have used products from Fashion and Fascinating for a party or event.
  • A description of the party theme and how Fashion and Fascinating products were used must accompany the photos.
  • Entries must include the tag #F&F2023 at the end of the post.
  • All entries can posted on either participant’s Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.
  • Send an email to support@fashionandfascinating.com to ensure we record your entry.
• Entry Period
  • The contest begins on August 22th and ends on September 30th, 2023, for the first round.
• Judging Criteria for First Round
  • Entries will be judged based on the number of ‘likes’ they receive on their post and relevance to the theme.
  • The top 40 entries will advance to the second round.
• Second Round Voting
  • The top 40 entries will be posted on Fashion and Fascinating’s official Facebook group: F&F Wholesale Party Supplies & Party Decoration Community on October 2nd.
  • Voting will be conducted by members of the group and will conclude on October 8th.
• Prizes
  • First Prize (Top 5 Entrants): $200 in-store coupon for Fashion and Fascinating.
  • Second Prize (Next 10 Entrants): $100 in-store coupon.
  • Third Prize (Next 25 Entrants): $50 in-store coupon.
  • Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Winner Notification
  • Winners will be announced on Fashion and Fascinating’s official Facebook group on October 9th.
  • Winners must contact Fashion and Fascinating at: support@fashionandfascinating.com within 14 days to claim their prize.
• General Terms
  • Fashion and Fascinating reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the contest or who violates these official rules.
  • By participating, entrants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of Fashion and Fascinating, which are final and binding in all respects.
  • Entrants grant Fashion and Fascinating permission to use their names, likenesses, and entries for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
• Limitations of Liability
  • Fashion and Fascinating is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or any unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process.
  • Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Fashion and Fascinating from any claim or cause of action arising out of their participation in the contest.
