Domestic Shipping Policy

1.Standard Shipping is via FEDEX HOME DELIVERY/UPS GROUND

2.Ship Timeline: Order today we can ship out the next business day If products in stock.You will receive your package after 2-7 business days (Varies by Destination).As far as pre-sale products , please follow our posts and notes.

3.Free Shipping within the 48 States. We ship within the United States only. 

4.Express Shipping Option: An additional Shipping and Handling fee will apply to express shipments. .Please contact our customer service for more details.

International Shipping Policy

Hawaii/Alaska/Puerto Rico/International Package

1.Our warehouse will strictly inspect and pack your package before shipping.We guarantee that all products are in good condition and nothing is missing.

2.There is a possibility the package get damaged during transportation.We don’t accept returns OR exchanges after the product has been shipped.

3.The price on the website does not include shipping fee, an additional Shipping fee will apply. Additional transit time may also be required.The shipping cost may vary based on package dimensions and delivery address.

4.Products that cannot be shipped internationally: Glass Product/ 3D Diamond Wall/5PCs White Cylinders/24” Tall&41” Tall LED numbers and any other fraigle Products.Please reach out to our customer serivice for more details.

Return /Replace/Refund/Cancel Policy

Domestic Package

Processing Time/Cancellation

1.In stock : Order today ship out the next workday.Delivered within 1-4 days.

2.Pre Order: Please check the ETA arrival time of the item on product page.The ETA time may change.

3.Order Cancellation : We can cancel your order if your order hasn’t been shipped yet.We cannot cancel your order if your order has been shipped already.

Receive Correct Products

1. If the products didn’t meet your expectations ,then you may contact our customer service for a replacement or return within 5 days.We will charge you the return shipping fee and restocking fee. A return label will be sent to your email.

2. Upon receiving the products ,our warehouse will check them carefully to make sure it’s in its original condition.

3. We will ship the replacement out or refund you afterwards.

Return Requirements:It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you purchased are returned in the original condition ,packaging and shipping configuration.If we find the products has been used, we will charge you 50% of the product value as a rental fee, and you need to pay round-trip shipping fee as well.

NOTE: We have the right to decline any return packages if your package doesn’t meet our return package standards.

Receive Wrong Products

1. If you receive the wrong products you must contact us within 5 days.We will replace the incorrect product at no charge to you.

2. Please return the incorrect item within 3 days after receiving the return label.

3. Upon receiving we will inspect the product to ensure it’s in its original condition .We will send the correct product or refund you afterwards.

Receive Damaged Products (All products except cylinders)

1. If the products you received are damaged ,please contact our customer service and send us pictures or videos of the damaged items within 5 days.

2. We will deliver the replacement part within 3 days to you at no charge after receiving photographs or videos of the damaged items.

Note :The pictures should be authentic ,clear and easily identifiable. If we do not receive this proof of damages ,then we will not replace the item.

Refusal Package

Please contact us if you have any problems with your shippment. We will try our best to help you with your issues. But please keep in mind the carrier did what they are supposed to do.You have to pay for round-trip shipping fee if you refused your shipment
