We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous 48 United States.
At this time, we ship within the United States only for domestic orders.
4. Express Shipping
Express shipping is available for an additional shipping and handling fee.

International Shipping Policy
Hawaii/Alaska/Puerto Rico/International Package
1. Package Inspection
All packages are carefully inspected and packed before shipment. We ensure that products leave our warehouse in good condition and with all items included.
2. Transit Damage Disclaimer
Although packages are packed securely, damage may occur during transportation.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been shipped for these destinations.
3. Shipping Fees

Return /Replace/Refund/Cancel Policy
Domestic Package
Order Processing & Cancellation

In-stock items: Ship the next business day and are delivered within 1–4 business days.

Pre-order items: Estimated arrival times are listed on the product page and may change.

Orders can be canceled before shipment.

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

Receiving the Correct Product (Return or Replacement)

If the product does not meet your expectations, please contact customer service within 5 days of delivery.

A return label will be emailed to you.

Returned products will be inspected upon arrival to confirm they are in original condition.

After inspection, we will issue a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Return Requirements:
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition, packaging, and shipping configuration.
If an item shows signs of use, a 50% rental fee will be charged, and the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs.
Note:
We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet our return standards.
Receiving the Wrong Product

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery if you receive an incorrect item.

A return label will be provided, and the incorrect item must be returned within 3 days of receiving the label.

Once received and inspected, we will ship the correct product or issue a refund.
Return Requirements:
Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Used items are subject to a 50% rental fee plus round-trip shipping costs.
Receiving Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, please contact customer service within 5 days and provide clear photos or videos of the damage.

Upon verification, replacement parts will be shipped within 3 business days at no additional cost.
Note:
Images or videos must be clear and authentic. Without proper documentation, replacements will not be issued.
Refusal Package
If you refuse a shipment, please contact us immediately.
While we will assist where possible, round-trip shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility, as the carrier has completed the delivery as contracted.
