F&F Referral Program Guidelines

1. **How to Find Your Referral Link**

Log in to your account and select **My Referral** from the menu on the left. Find **Your Referral Link**, then copy and send it to anyone you would like to refer.

2. **How the Referral Program Works**

When someone successfully places an order through a referral link, both the referrer and the referred customer will earn a commission.

3. **Lifetime Referral Benefits**

Once the referrer and the referred customer are linked, the referral relationship is valid for life. Whenever the referred customer makes another purchase, both parties will earn a commission. The referral link does not need to be shared again for each purchase.

4. **Who Can Refer Others?**

Anyone can be a referrer. Referred customers will also receive their own referral links and can share them with others to earn additional referral commissions.

5. **Commission Rates**

* **Referrer:** 8% of the order subtotal before tax

* **Referred customer:** 5% of the order subtotal before tax

6. **How to Withdraw Your Commission**

Commissions become eligible for withdrawal 30 days after an order is completed. Go to **My Account → My Referral**, then scroll down to view the orders placed through your referral link. Click the blue **Withdraw** button next to the eligible order, enter your Zelle information, and select **Submit Request**.

7. **Payment Processing Time**

After your withdrawal request is submitted, you will receive the payment via Zelle within 3–5 business days.

8. **Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds**

If an order placed through a referral link is canceled, returned, or fully refunded, the related commissions will also be canceled. If the order receives a partial refund, the commissions will be reduced accordingly.

9. **Final Interpretation Rights**

F&F reserves the right of final interpretation of this program and may modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
